Quality is a habit, not a certificate
It is not enough for a product to be right; it has to arrive in the right size, at the right time and with its paperwork. Below: the process, the documents we require on products, and our approach to sustainability.
Process
How an order runs here
Six steps. Every step leaves something in writing: the list of needs, the sample approval, the quote, the order confirmation, the delivery note, the cycle plan.

List of needs
We take the items you consume, approximate quantities and current pack sizes. Where useful, we visit and look at the store and the points of use.

Sample and approval
A new item starts with a sample. It is tried on site; the approved product's data sheet and documents go into the quotation file.

Quote
Line by line, with size, weight, case count and delivery cycle in writing. The assumption behind the price (monthly consumption) is stated on the quote.
- 04
Order and stock plan
With approval the delivery cycle is set. For critical items a minimum on-site stock is agreed and replenished before it runs out.
- 05
Dispatch
Cases leave with a delivery note, batch number and expiry date. Counting is done together on delivery; a missing or damaged item is recorded the same day.
- 06
Scheduled follow-up
Delivery is a beginning, not an end. Consumption is tracked and the cycle updated when needed; any product or pack change is written to you first.
Product documents
What we require from manufacturers
For every product group we supply, we request the documents below from the manufacturer and add them to the quotation file on request. A product without its documents does not enter the catalogue.
- GBF / SDS
Safety Data Sheet
Required for every chemical product; states composition, hazard class and storage conditions. Provided to the site with delivery on request.

Biocidal Product Licence
For disinfectants and surface solutions with a germicidal claim, the manufacturer's Ministry of Health licence is required.

Required from the manufacturer for every packaging item that touches food: containers, cups, bags and stretch film.

Cosmetic Product Notification
For amenity products that touch the skin — shampoo, shower gel, lotion — the manufacturer's product notification and ingredient list are required.

Technical Data Sheet
Ply count, weight and roll size for tissue; dilution ratio for chemicals. The figures on the quote come from this sheet.

Batch and Expiry Record
Batch number and expiry date are recorded on every delivery note; if a product has an issue, we can trace which site it went to.

Sustainability
We do not claim what we do not measure
Sustainability is not a section heading for us but the sum of the decisions taken at quotation stage.
Buying materials in the right measure
We sell the right pack size, not more material than needed. Every surplus case is both the customer's money and a waste line — which is why the consumption estimate is written on the quote.
Concentrates, less packaging
In the cleaning range we recommend concentrates and correct dilution: fewer drums and less transport for the same work. The dilution ratio is on the data sheet.
No product without its documents
A product without a safety data sheet, biocidal licence or food-contact declaration does not enter the catalogue. Being cheaper does not change that.
Planning dispatch
Scheduled delivery is not only about stock: shipments to sites on the same route are combined so vehicles do not run half empty. Urgent delivery is the exception, not the rule.
